1) We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) ,30% advance payment, 70% balance before shipment.
2) L/C at sight (Letter of Credit)

4) Alibaba Trade Assurance, iif you have alibaba account.
2. How do we send your machine?
We package the machine by wooden case after your machine tested well, and load it into the container for shipment by sea. When your machine arrives at your destination port, you can collect the machine by B/L sent from us.
3. Do you offer training for the cnc machines?
Yes, you can send your engineer to our factory for free training noramlly, and we arrange your accommodation here. Or we send our engineer to your place for training and the flight and accmmodation will be charged from you accordingly.
4. Does your machine come with the operation software?
Yes, we send Type3, Artcam software along with the machine for free. Or you can choose your preferred software that is compatible with our machine.
5. Do you accept customized machine design?
Sure, we can design the machine for you according to your request, such as machine working size, machine color, machine logo, etc , can fully meet your demand.
6. Do you also sell CNC machine spare parts?
Yes, normally we offer machine spare parts for our customers at cost price, and suggest them to buy some extra for reserve particularly the machine consumables such as tool bits, dsp handle, laser tube etc.
