Cnc 5 side drilling machine is cnc machine professional for 5 side drilling of panel furniture.
5 side drilling cnc machine can work along with atc nesting cnc router to make the panel furniture processing fully automatically, no need turning over the board by manual work when cabinet profile making.
Machine Features
1. Easy operation: working with professional panel furniture software, after profile making and edge banding , you can just scan the bar code and read the plate information and workpiece positioning by pedal switch, simple operation and normally takes about 10 mins to learn about it.
2. High speed: the clamps moving speed can be 85m/min, no need to move the bigger plate repeatedly , higher working efficiency and speed.
3. Reasonable design : Air bearing table design, saving working time , preventing the board scratch.
4. Higher security: Mechanization degree is high, saving manual working, reducing work-related injury.
5. Higher precision: All hole positions are completed on one device, and the working accuracy of the workpiece is higher.
